What was the highlight of Majung Haus Seoul Station
Very Poor
I wish I could have stayed but was not able to. There is a travel ban and informed them almost a month before the travel date. I understand that a lot of business are incurring losses due to the pandemic but I have also seen several establishments which were more than helpful in assisting travelers during these times. I messaged the property several times the first time they declined my request for refund. Asked twice if they are willing to compromise and give even partial refund so it would be a win-win for both of us but they never responded.

Poor
I got late flight, so that I got late to hotel, and staff charge 5000 KRW/ an hour after 11pm, I checked in about 0250 am, and it cost me 20000 KRW, so that if you take the late flight, do not stay here, furthermore, the bed had some hair from ex customer ...I don’t want angry with the old lady staff, so I just stay two days and leave.

The location
I had to wait outside because nobody heard the bell ringing (it was 3pm when I arrived). There was no common area, apart for the rooftop, which is quite cold at night. No electric plug near the bed to charge the phone.
